The interface is simple and intuitive, allowing both experienced and novice users to work with it, without facing problems. Aside from that, the design is quite outdated, resembling the one used in the Windows 98 or 95 operating systems.
When creating a new document, you have access to many tools, which can be found in most text editing utilities. For example, you can choose font name, style, size and color, add bullets, align text, insert time, date and pictures (JPG, GIF, BMP, ICO and WMF), cut, copy and paste elements, as well as undo actions or use a spell checker.
There is an unlimited number of addresses which can be added to the database, along with details such as category, prefix, first and last name, title, department, organization, actual address and keywords.
It is possible to import databases from a TXT, CSV, XLS, MDB, HTML and XML files, while export it available to XLS, TXT, HTML, RTF, SQL and PDF formats.
You can design envelopes with access to a few built-in templates. You can show or hide the logo, as well as replace it with another from the hard drive (JPG, GIF, BMP, TIFF) and edit the return address. The Help contents are quite extensive, and they can be found both online and offline.
All in all, Easy Mail Plus is a useful piece of software, with a good response time and minimal CPU and memory usage. There were no bugs, crashes or errors registered during our tests. However, the app has not been updated in quite a long time.
